Sound and Good
“It is our duty to concentrate all our influence to make popular that which is sound and good, and unpopular that which is unsound.” (not good)
By: Joseph Smith
What this quote means by Joseph Smith is that it is useful and helpful in our daily lives. This quote is saying that it is our job to sound and good and not unsound. This also means that when you sound and good you do good things when you unsound you do bad things and choose the wrong. For example, people are different so some people can be sound and good or unsound but for the most part you have to be sound and good and you need to do good things. When you unsound that is a sign that you don’t do good or that you are doing something wrong. When you sound and good you do good things you influence other people. Unpopular that which is unsound never be unsound. This quote is our duty that we have in our daily life sound and good is good things and unsound is not good. If you do right you achieve good things in life and many more. If you do wrong then you don’t achieve and you don’t go to college and be someone in life. Doing sound and good is a sign that if you be unsound you won’t get nowhere and you won’t have everything you wanted unless you work hard for what you want and not choose the wrong.
