Dental Assistant

Dental Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities: Dental assistants perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties, and often work chair-side as dentists examine and treat patients. They make patients as comfortable as possible in dental chair, prepare them for treatment, and obtain their dental records.
Salary: $34,500 USD
Education: It takes a relativity short period of time to become a dental assistant. Dental assistants receive their formal education through academic programs at community colleges, vocational schools, technical institutes, universities or dental schools. Graduates of these programs usually receive certificates.
Demand for this profession:  Average Americas work well in the 60’s, so workers might as well have a job that’s enjoyable and a career that’s fulfilling.

I would like to be one because I help people have a better and healthy life with their teeth clean and that makes me feel proud of whom I am because I help others.
